Sonny R. Tobias

SONNY R. TOBIAS, 59, of Macedonia, OH passed away on September 14, 2022 after a battle with cancer. Sonny was born on November 1, 1962 to Napoleon Tobias and the late Norma Rellegue in San Ildefonso, Philippines. After Sonny graduated from Aurora High School in 1981, he went on to study Accounting at Bowling Green State University. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, he shifted focus from accounting to computer science, starting his own consulting firm, TobiasGroup, specializing in data warehouse applications. In 2015, he accepted a position with PNC Bank as an Application System Manager. Sonny married Ann Carlisle in 1989 and has two children, Samantha Tobias Knipfer (Adam) and Drake Carlisle Tobias. Sonny is also survived by his siblings, Nona and Leo Tobias; in-laws John, Deena and Caren Carlisle; nephews Ethan Wilkins, Nomar Tobias and Adam Tobias; nieces Alex Dye, Celsey Dye and Grace Tobias. Friends may call at the Ferfolia Funeral Home 356 W. Aurora Rd (St. RT. 82) Sagamore Hills where Funeral Services will be held Monday  at 1:00pm. VISITATION SUNDAY 12-3pm. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
