Donald Keith Jakubczak, 56, loving father of Donald Edward, Joseph Truman, and Andrew Christopher, passed suddenly on April 13. Most beloved son of the late Donald Richard (Jake), and Dottie (nee Kalin), and friend to many. He will be wholeheartedly missed and lovingly remembered by all. A celebration of Don's life and legacy will take place on Friday April 19 at Valley View Woods, Valley View, after 6 pm.
