WALTER COVERT, of Northfield, passed away on March 30, 2026, at the age of 81. Loving husband of Terry (nee Sydnor); cherished father of Christopher Covert, and Jonathan (fiancée Rachelle) Covert; adored grandfather of Landyn Covert. Born to the late Walter and Wanda Covert. Walt will be missed by so many. Friends may call at the FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME, 356 W. AURORA RD (RTE. 82), SAGAMORE HILLS, FOR MEMORIAL VISITATION ON WEDNESDAY, APRIL 8, 4-8 PM. Funeral service to celebrate Walt’s life, Thursday, APRIL 9, 11:00 am, at the funeral home. Immediately following services all are invited to remain at the funeral home for food and fellowship as family and friends continue to celebrate Walter’s life and share memories together.
