Thomas "Tom" Edward Forkin

Thomas “Tom” Edward Forkin, age 84 of Stow, passed away on November 20, 2025. Tom was born on July 12, 1941, in Warren, Ohio to the late John and Mary Louise (nee Sherlock) Forkin. Loving husband of Donna, devoted father of Marty Forkin and Chris Forkin (Eli), caring brother of William Forkin (Sue) and the late Sister Jean Louise Forkin and John Forkin, Jr., brother-in-law of Joanne Forkin, and uncle to many nieces and nephews. Tom worked as an insurance agent for many years and traveled to multiple states while working. He served in the US Navy Reserves for two years. Tom enjoyed playing golf in his early years. He was a longtime member of St. Joseph Parish Church in Cuyahoga Falls. Friends may call at FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME, 356 W. AURORA RD. (RTE. 82), SAGAMORE HILLS, FOR VISITATION MONDAY 4-7 PM. Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate Tom’s life, on Tuesday at 10 AM at St. Joseph Parish Church, 1761 2nd St, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. Please meet at the church. Interment at All Saints Cemetery.
