Robert “Bob” W. Zaletel, age 67 of Bainbridge Township, passed away on November 13, 2025. Bob was born on October 30, 1958, in Bedford, Ohio to the late Richard and Irene (nee Hrubo) Zaletel. Loving husband to Tania, adoring father to Kyle (Kalli), Jacob, and Matthew Zaletel, grandfather to baby on the way, Kurt Dylan, caring brother to Sue Beichner (Dave), Becky Farkus (Tom) and the late Richard Zaletel (Mary Ann), and cherished uncle, cousin, and friend to many. Bob was incredibly mechanically inclined. He enjoyed restoring antique cars, including a 1958 Corvette, which he adored. Bob liked going to car shows in the summer; his favorite was the Father’s Day Car Show at Stan Hywet. An extreme hard-worker, Bob worked for over 25 years as a Refrigeration Mechanic and Boiler Room Operator at Nestle while running a side business selling and installing Central Boiler outdoor wood burning furnaces. He built three homes for his family, acting as the sole contractor. He also enjoyed boating and loved spending time with his family. Friends may call at FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME, 356 W. AURORA RD. (RTE. 82), SAGAMORE HILLS, FOR VISITATION FRIDAY, 5-8 PM. Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate Bob’s life, on Saturday at 11 AM at Church of the Holy Angels, 18205 Chillicothe Road, Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Interment at All Saints Cemetery.
