PAUL H. BEANS, age 87, of Northfield Center, passed away Saturday, February 8, 2025. Beloved husband of 65 years to Judy (nee Tromm); loving father to James (Barbara), Debbie Jackson, Robert (Brenda), Patricia “Trisha” King (Keith), the late Rickie; and Thomas (Lisa); cherished grandfather to Lynda (Rick), Angela (fiancée Nicole), Brandon (fiancée Laurel), Michael, Paul, Mandy (Nick), Nicholas, Caitlin, and Madelyn; great grandfather to James, Justin, Jocelyn, Carter, Lainey and Everley; dearest son to the late Harold and Eleanor Beans (nee Schimmelman); dear brother to Mary Blankschaen (the late Robert), the late Elaine Espie (the late David), Thomas Bean (Susan), and Nancy Bogart (the late Hank). Paul retired from Avery Dennison in the shipping department. An avid sports fan who loved to travel, he visited close to 150 professional sports stadiums and arenas across the country. One stadium was especially close to his heart: Cleveland Browns Stadium. Although he loved Browns games, he was at peace with the fact he’d never see a Browns Super Bowl in his lifetime. And that his grandchildren probably won’t either. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials in Paul’s name to the Alzheimer's Association or American Heart Association.
