Lloyd H. Levis

LLOYD H. LEVIS, age 78, a resident in Cedar Park, Texas, passed away peacefully in his home on Friday, May 15th, 2026 after a long battle with cancer. Lloyd was born on September 1st, 1947 in Cleveland, Ohio to Frank (d.1995) and Adelaid (Benzinger) Levis (d.1981). Lloyd joined his siblings Jane, Willam (d.2014), Mary (d.2011), Martha (d.2021) and Robert (d.2013).  

Lloyd served in the Army from July 1967 - July 1969. Paratrooper, Sergeant Lloyd H Levis, was stationed in Germany with the 8th Infantry Division and had the privilege of jumping over Normandy beach for the 25th anniversary celebration. He considered his service one of the greatest honors of his life.

He joined Ohio Bell Telephone Co in 1971, as a cable splicer working in the Euclid-Cleveland area, until his retirement in 2002.

Lloyd met the love of his life, his soulmate, Patricia Ann (Patti) Kohler in February 1975 and they were married on his birthday in 1981. How do you sum up 51 years of living, loving, sharing, caring, crying, rejoicing and growing together in just a few short words. To say that God blessed them is an understatement; he filled their lives with joy. Everything they did, they did together. After Lloyd’s retirement, they lived in Cary, NC, Parkland, FL, and then moved to Cedar Park, TX in November 2012, making new friends along the way. Together. Forever. Friends may call at the FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME, 356 W. AURORA RD. (RTE. 82), SAGAMORE HILLS, where funeral services will be held on Friday at 1:00 pm, VISITATION 10:00 AM UNTIL TIME OF THE SERVICE. Interment Crown Hill Cemetery, Twinsburg, immediately following the service. A reception will be held afterward by his niece, Lynne Manila, 2163 Sherwin Drive, Twinsburg, Ohio.
