LILLIAN SADOWSKI (nee Legan), of Parma, passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2026, at the age of 99. She was a proud member of the Maple Heights High School graduating class of 1944. During World War II, Lillian showed her caring spirit by enrolling in the U.S. Cadet Nurse Corps. She exemplified care by working as a registered nurse for her entire life. She is a longtime member of the Catholic parish community of St. Columbkille. Lillian is the wife of the late Edward Sadowski; beloved mother of Lynn Kossakoski (Harry “Gene”) and Gary (Cindy) Sadowski; cherished Nana of Katie, Alex, Ed, and Melanie Taylor (T.J.). She is the youngest of six children to the late Frank and Antonia Legan, preceded in death by her siblings Frances Tomsic, Antonia Matis, Julia Lipnos, Bertha, and Frank Jr. Friends may call at the FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME, 356 W. AURORA RD. (RT. 82), SAGAMORE HILLS, FOR VISITATION FRIDAY, 2-4 PM AND 6-8 PM. Funeral Saturday, 9:00 am, at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate Lillian’s life, 10:00 AM at St. Columbkille, 6740 Broadview Rd, Parma. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
