Joyce M. Hanlon

JOYCE M. HANLON (nee Gregory), age 78, passed away on March 10, 2026. Beloved wife of Mike; loving mother of Pete Hanlon, Jay O'Hanlon (Marcie), Cory O'Hanlon (Bridget), and Katy O'Hanlon Bruns (Tristan); dear grandmother of Maelyn O'Hanlon, Mollie O'Hanlon, and Madison O'Hanlon; sister of Cliff Thielman (the late Karen), Sue Kosey (the late Kenneth), Ron Gregory (Sue), and the late Sally Gregory.

Joyce brightened every room she entered and offered a loving, generous, and kind energy to everyone she met. A lifelong Christian, she was devoted in serving her church communities, where she was lovingly known as “Miss Joyce.” She loved supporting her family—traveling to Chicago for dance shows, coordinating holiday and birthday celebrations, and caring for her loved ones through every stage of life.

Friends may call at THE FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME, 356 WEST AURORA RD (OH RT 82), SAGAMORE HILLS FOR VISITATION ON SUNDAY FROM 2-6 P.M. All are asked to gather at the Abbey Mausoleum at Crown Hill Cemetery, 8592 Darrow Road (OH RT 91), Twinsburg on Monday at 10:00 a.m. to celebrate Joyce’s funeral services. Interment Crown Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested in her name to the Momentum Church Youth Ministry Program, 1717 East Aurora Road, Macedonia, Ohio 44056.
