WESLEY Age 63, Loyal husband of Kimberly (nee Tussel); loving father of Michelle Licata (Frank), Joseph, Jonathan “Jack” and Jason Wesley; papa of Roman and Siena Licata; dear brother of Valerie Smith (Jamison), Victoria Wesley, Debra Seawell (Bruce), Darlene Stefancic (Richard); devoted son of the late Joseph and Rosemary (nee Hanvald); dearest brother-in-law of Eric P. Tussel (deceased) and Kurt Tussel; cherished uncle to Dana Berchtold, Kerri Keller (Todd), Jeffrey Straight, Jennifer Dudley (Matthew), William Kobe (Marianne), Jacquelyn Nicynski (Ronald) Richard and Eric Stefancic; great uncle to Aidan and Owen Keller, Jackson, Benjamin and Elizabeth Dudley, Kaitlin Tussel, Camille Nicynski and Claire Kobe; cousin, nephew and greatest friend and mentor to many. Joe grew up in Northfield, Ohio, graduated from Nordonia Hills High School, served in the United States Army, 5th Infantry, Mechanical Operations. Joe was a Operating Engineer, founder of RIC Electronic, Tradesmen International, Wesley Holdings and Foundation. As a residential developer, he had a keen visionary eye for architectural design. He was also an outdoorsman, a heavy equipment operator, a philanthropist who was passionate about his political views. He was a “Joe” of all trades.
