John Vitale

John Vitale, age 73, of North Royalton, passed away peacefully on December 21, 2025. He was born on December 27, 1951, to the late Anthony and Josephine (Burgio) Vitale. John was the devoted and loving husband of Kathleen, with whom he shared 47 wonderful years of marriage. He was a caring and proud father to David Vitale (Jason Buffa) and Laura Vitale. An adoring grandfather to Grace and Will Fatkins, who brought him immense joy, John could often be spotted around the community- never missing an opportunity to attend North Royalton band performances, or his grandchildren’s performances or games. He was a beloved brother to Louise Witt (late Richard) and Bernadette Reed (Kent) and was preceded in death by his brothers Saul Vitale and Carmen Vitale (Joan.) John was a faithful member of St. Albert the Great Catholic Church. In keeping with John’s charitable spirit, memorial contributions may be made to St. Albert the Great Justice and Compassion Ministry or St. Albert the Great Feed the Hungry Ministry (address below). John will be deeply missed and forever remembered for his unwavering faith and his love for family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in John’s honor at ST. ALBERT THE GREAT PARISH, 6667 WALLINGS ROAD, NORTH ROYALTON, OHIO, ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 29, 2025 AT 10 AM. Please meet at the church.
