JANICE E. SANDY (nee Short), age 81, passed away on March 27, 2025.  Beloved wife of the late Michael Sandy; loving mother of Shari Welton (William) and Kari Forsyth (Jeff); dear grandmother of Hannah Welton, Cole Welton, and Liliah Forsyth; sister of the following deceased Diane Hayden (Larry) and Jim Short (Mary); cherished significant other of Jim Shrider. Friends may call at THE FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME, 356 WEST AURORA RD (OH RT 82), SAGAMORE HILLS FOR MEMORIAL VISITATION ON SATURDAY, APRIL 26, 2025 FROM 10:00 A.M. – 12 NOON. Janice’s memorial services will immediately follow at 12 noon. Janice’s life will also be celebrated on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at 12 Noon at the Brea United Methodist Church, 480 N State College Blvd, Brea, CA. Private family interment services will be celebrated at Northfield-Macedonia Cemetery.
