Howard E. Combs

HOWARD E. COMBS, passed away on September 17, 2020. Beloved husband of Barbara (nee Bieniek); loving father of Howard, II “Howie,” Jennifer Combs Wesselhoff (Rick),  Caroline, and the late Lisa and Cheryl; dear grandfather of Lisa, Howard, III “Trey,” and Courtney; great grandfather of Taylor; brother of all the following deceased, Harold, Faye, Joyce, and Ray. Howard was the ultimate family man, dedicated coach, and Jack of all Trades.  He valued hard work and persistence, and enjoyed fishing and playing poker.  His smile was contagious and he hugged everyone he ever met. Friends may call at FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME, 356 WEST AURORA RD (OH RT 82), SAGAMORE HILLS FOR VISITATION ON TUESDAY FROM 4-8 P.M. OUT OF RESPECT FOR ONE ANOTHER, MASKS WILL BE WORN AND SOCIAL DISTANCING OBSERVED. All are asked to gather at Holy Name Catholic Church, 8328 Broadway Avenue, Cleveland (at Harvard), on Wednesday at 10 a.m. to celebrate Howard’s Mass of Christian Burial.
