HELEN M. TEKAVEC (nee Sherlock); 85, Died unexpectedly on January 9th in a Tampa, Florida Hospital. Helen was born July 6, 1936 in Cleveland, Ohio. Beloved wife of the late Frederick; Loving mother of Thomas (Lori), Robert (Brenda), Kenneth (Tina) and Mary Tapp (Brian); Dearest grandmother of  Bobby Jr., James (Jay), Jeff (Sara), Trevor (Casey), Nicole (Dominic), Ashley (Adam), Ryan, Alex, Jennifer (John), Jimmy and JJ;  Dear great-grandmother of many. Helen was a proud graduate of Euclid High School, Class of 1954. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in Helen’s name to the American Cancer Society 10501 Euclid Ave. Cleveland, OH 44106. A  Mass to Celebrate the Life of Helen and Fred will be held at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church 14600 Turney Rd. Maple Heights, Ohio on Saturday, July 2, 2022 at 2:00PM. A luncheon will be served immediately following services in the Church Reception area.
