George H. Klem

George H. Klem, age 89 of Warrensville Heights, passed away on December 1, 2025. George was born on August 20, 1936, in Cleveland, Ohio to the late George Frank and Dorothea Booth (nee Parsons) Klem. Loving husband of Dorothy; adoring father of Kim Marie Klem Gunter (Jim R.); caring grandfather of Michael David Gunter; brother of David Klem (Carol) and the late Elizabeth Trigg (William), and Dorothea Skaroupka (David); as well as cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews. George served as a 3rd Class Army Medic from 1955-1958. He spent his career helping people as the supervisor of the clinical Neurophysiology Laboratory Section of Epilepsy and Sleep Disorders in the Department of Neurology at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He loved his Catholic faith that he practiced daily. In lieu flowers, donations may be made in George’s name to the Cleveland Clinic Neurology Institute at https://my.clevelandclinic.org/giving. Friends may call at FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME, 356 W. AURORA RD. (RTE. 82), SAGAMORE HILLS, FOR VISITATION THURSDAY 4-8 PM. Funeral on Friday at 9 AM at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM at St. Monica Catholic Church. Interment at All Saints Cemetery.
