Frank Bontempo, Jr.

FRANK BONTEMPO JR. age 66. Beloved husband of Dawn; loving son of the late Frank Sr. (Linda, living) and Marilyn Gatrell (Don); caring brother of John (Laurie); treasured uncle of Brittany Wyatt (Jake) and John Jr. Frank loved making and recording music with his friends. He played the drums and guitar but there wasn’t an instrument that he couldn’t pick up and make it sound good. He was in multiple bands with friends for many years. He also loved fixing and riding motorcycles, especially shovel heads. As a certified motorcycle mechanic, he had started refurbishing and rebuilding motorcycles as part of MoBo Garage with a great friend. He spent many years camping with his wife and friends, fishing, and hiking. His newest love was adventures with his wife in their muscle car, traveling Ohio and West Virginia. He was a devoted husband to Dawn who he shared his life with for 42 years. If you were lucky enough to call him your friend, then you know he was the most generous person in the world. He always had time for the people he loved. Friends may call at THE FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME 356 W. AURORA RD. (OH RTE 82), SAGAMORE HILLS FOR MEMORIAL VISITATION SATURDAY DECEMBER 28, 2024 1-5P.M. Immediately followed by a Memorial Service celebrating Frank’s life and sharing of memories at 5P.M.
