Eleanor R. Goshco

ELEANOR R. GOSHCO (nee Roscher). Ellie joined Victor, the love of her life and husband of 57 years in heaven on March 7th, 2026. She is the loving mother of Vicki Salvi (Terry) and Debbie Goshco Wagner (David Shropshire); dear grandmother of Stacy Hendricks (Trey), Jennifer Kirk (Tom), Kelley Sullivan (Brandon), Mallory Salvi (Kevin Kumazec), Avey Wagner, and Eric Wagner; cherished “Gigi” of Cielo Lopez, Austin Hendricks, Dustin Hendricks, Olivia Kirk, and Ava Kirk; sister of all the following deceased, Louis Roscher, Jr. Anna Roscher, and Mildred Wagner (Warren); aunt of John Goshco, Nancy Goshco, Diane Loguercio (Ed), Warren Wagner, Jr. (Patty), Barbara Wagner, and the late Louis Roscher, Jr., and Charlene Roscher; Grandma “G” of the Sobiech Family, Cassaro Family, Riley Family, Deblock Family, Steve Salvi and Todd Salvi.

Eleanor was born in NYC on the fortunate day of 3/30/30 to Louis and Minna Roscher and was the baby in the family to sister Millie, Brother Lou and heavenly sister Anna. Ellie was full of energy, loved all social activities and was an active adventurer; playing in the Fireman's Band, (performing once for Mayor LaGuardia), enjoying summers riding horses at their cousins' farm in Maryland, clamming, sports, dancing and going to Coney Island and the beach. Vicki and Debbie, Ellie and Vic's daughters, were born on Long Island and moved to Ohio in 1961 where Vic was a steel salesman. Ellie worked as an office manager for a vascular surgeon for over 30 years where the family resided in Bedford. Eleanor enjoyed shopping, playing pinochle, bingo, gin martinis, scratchers, traveling, watching Cavs games, visiting casinos, going to her children and grandchildren's games/ activities and annual Summer East coast meet-up vacations with her sister and family. Ellie sparkled and was dearly loved by her family and all who knew her.
