DAVID M. PREVOZNIK age 84 of Brecksville, passed away January 12, 2026. Beloved husband of the late Patricia (nee Sabol); loving father of Mark Prevoznik (Maria) and Renee Hunter (Jeff); cherished grandfather of Kendra Hunter, Elizabeth Hunter, Dr. Stephen Prevoznik and Gregory Prevoznik; son of the late Steven and Mildred (nee Orzech) Prevoznik; dear brother of Bernadette Ventura (deceased) (Ronald) and Julie Prevoznik (Nancy). Family and friends are invited to celebrate David’s life at St. Barnabas Catholic Church 9451 Brandywine Rd. Northfield , Ohio 44067 where his Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 12 Noon (Please Meet at Church) followed by entombment at All Saints Cemetery.
