David Kotecki

David Kotecki, 84, of Cuyahoga Falls, OH passed away on February 2nd, 2025. David was the loving husband of 64 years to Mary Ann Kotecki; the proud father of David Kotecki, Kathie Noga (Jerry), and Darrin Kotecki (Kathy); an adored grandfather of Jenni Hoertz (Roy) , Katie Coberly (Ross), Jessica Chada (Steven), Kyle Kotecki (Alexandria), and the late Matthew Kotecki and a beloved “grandpa-grandpa” to a combined ten great-grandchildren. David was preceded in his death by his parents, John and Helen Kotecki and his siblings, Ray Kotecki and Dolores Petsche. David proudly served as a photographer in the US Navy aboard the US Essex. He then worked as a lineman for Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company followed by Union President for CEI. He enjoyed his retirement with his wife Mary Ann and spent his time travelling, collecting antique porcelain signs, and, most importantly, being with his family whenever possible.
