Daniel "D.J." J. Skingel

Daniel J. “D.J.” Skingel, age 39, of Huntsburg, passed away on November 23, 2025.

He was the beloved father of sweet Evelyn; D.J was the loving son of the late Thomas and Marcy (nee Walkowiak); the devoted brother of Jeffrey Skingel, Andrea Longo (Rick), and the late Kenneth Skingel; and the former companion of Nikki Vidal; former step father to Alexis, Braydon and Caylie, who brought joy to his life; adored uncle of Tyler, Rachel, Madison, Brandon, Alex, and Emily. 

D.J. will be remembered for his giving heart, his devotion to his daughter and the deep bonds he shared with family and friends. In a final act of selflessness, he chose to be an organ donor, giving the gift of life and hope to others in need.

Private services will be held, as well as, a celebration of DJ’s life at a date and time to be determined.
