CHRISTINE A. GOODRICH (nee Eitel), of Macedonia, passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2025, at the age of 77. She was a 3x survivor of breast cancer who courageously battled Lewy Body Dementia (LBD) in recent years. Beloved wife of Robert; cherished mother of Kevin (Tammy) Goodrich, and Jeffery (Shannon) Goodrich; loving stepmother to Mellisa Bartock (Jim); adored grandmother of Tyler, Michael, Jamie, Logan, Madison, Meghan, and Allison; loving great grandmother of Claire. She is the daughter of the late Edward and Rita Eitel and sister of the late Steven (Dorothy) Eitel. Christine was a 30+ year employee of Nordonia Hills School District, working in the cafeteria at one of the elementary schools and later as a bus assistant working with the special needs children. She enjoyed spending time at her parents’ cottage on Lake Chautauqua NY, where the family spent time fishing and enjoying their time together. It was here that she met Robert and enjoyed being married to him for over 50 years. Christine was also a devoted Cub and Boy Scout leader. She and Robert spent countless hours, over several decades, together helping both their sons and other youth alike in enrich their Scouting adventure.
