CANDACE LEE JONES (Nee Cook); 75, Beloved wife of Darrell J.; Loving mother of Lisa Trevino (Chris) and Steve (Lisa); Dearest grandmother of Emily and Ben Trevino and Marley and Harper Jones;  Loving daughter of Betty and the late Robert Cook; Dear sister of Debra Cook. Candace had a smile for everyone. She was thoughtful, caring and always ready to help whenever she could. She looked forward to her get togethers with her many friends. Her yearly tradition of baking countless Christmas Cookies was eagerly looked forward to and enjoyed by all! Her 4 grandchildren were the light of her life and she loved being with and spending time with her family. A celebration of Candace’s life will be held Friday, September 10th from 5-8PM at Crystal Brook Farm 19000 Snyder Road Chagrin Falls, OH 44023.
