BERNICE FRANCES SUHY (nee Tomsic), age 98, passed away November 2, 2023. Beloved wife of the late George A.; caring and loving mother of Dennis (Christine) and the late George M.; cherished grandmother of Michael (Rebecca), Kelly Hartman (Russel), Jacqueline Kwiat (Robert), Bradley Dean (Angela), Jennifer Lyons (Ivan), the late Christine, and the late David (Julianne); great-grandma Suhy of  Jenna, Ryan, Amanda, Matthew, Michael, Mason, Kaitlyn, Erin, Rocco, Dominic, Carmen, Luca, Andre, Ava Louise, Alexis, Paul, Michael, Abigail,  and the late Allison; great-great-grandma of 5; dearest sister of Carol Minadeo and the late Clarence; dear aunt and great-aunt of many. Longtime member of the former Sacred Heart Catholic Church and Veteran of Foreign Wars Auxiliary. Friends may call at THE FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME 356 W. AURORA RD. Funeral Monday 9:15 a.m. at the Funeral Home, Funeral Mass St. Basil the Great Catholic Church 10 a.m. Entombment in Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Mausoleum at All Saints Cemetery.
