Alton Steven LaForest, Jr.

ALTON STEVEN LAFOREST, JR. age 87 of Twinsburg passed away peacefully surrounded by his family, Wednesday May 21, 2025. He was born April 28,1938 in Detroit, Michigan. He is preceded in death by his parents Alton and Louise LaForest, Sr., son Michael LaForest, his sister Patsi Shiverdecker and brother Carl Richard LaForest.  He is survived by his beloved wife Marie (nee Marton), daughters Catherine Petra (Daniel P.) and Deborah LaForest and son Joseph LaForest (Rebekah); grandchildren Seth Petra, Daniel J. Petra, and Anne Marie Petra, and his brother David C. LaForest of Hudson, Michigan. Mr. LaForest was a U.S. Army Veteran. Friends may call at THE FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME 356 W. AURORA RD. (OH.
