Achille Mario Romito

ACHILLE MARIO ROMITO, 93, of Seven Hills, passed away January 16, 2026.  Dearest son of the late Vladimiro and Linda T. (nee Ciampaglia); dear brother of Dominick (Incoronata), the late Letizia A. Pallotta (the late Victor), and the late Raffaele E.; cherished uncle, great uncle and great-great uncle of many. Achille was proud of his strong Italian heritage. He was a professional chef with the former Blue Fox Restaurant in Lakewood. As a chef, Achille won a trip to Hawaii where he competed and won the National cook off and was proud to boast the accomplishment whenever he encountered the opportunity. Achille also was proud of the fact that he attended and took classes as a senior student at Tri-C College. Friends may call at THE FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME, 356 W. AURORA ROAD (OH RT 82), SAGAMORE HILLS FOR VISITATION ON THURSDAY FROM 9-10 AM. Funeral Thursday 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate Achille’s life 11:00 a.m. at St. Michael Catholic Church, Independence. Interment Calvary Cemetery, Cleveland.
