Beloved husband of 56 years of Carol (nee Costa); dear father of Bill Ponikvar and Beth Polk (Rich); loving grandfather of Ryan Polk and Sarah Polk; brother of Pat Wolf (Jack) and Ron (Lois); cherished uncle, cousin, and friend of many.
