U.S. Navy Veteran. Russ was retired from Collinwood Concrete and Glen Eagles Golf Course. He was avid golfer, and obtained his goal of scoring a hole-in-one. Russ also enjoyed many years of hunting with his friends at their camp in PA. He was a loyal Cleveland Indians fan and a member of the Bedford Eagles.
