MARY JO ROM (nee Spencer), age 90, of Twinsburg.  Beloved wife of the late Peter James Rom for 57 years. Loving mother of Mark (Karen), and Sandra Steiner (David).  Cherished grandmother of Julie Tishma (George), Candice (Tyler Kramp), Sarah Grossett (Jeffrey), and Katie Steiner; great-grandmother of Amanda, Eva, and Kolby. Devoted daughter of the late Mary Spencer (nee Petek). Daughter-in-law of the late Peter and Katherine Rom (nee Adlesic). Treasured sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend of many. Mary Jo volunteered in the St. Vitus Parish, cafeteria, and Mothers' Club for many years. She was active at SS. Cosmas & Damian Catholic Church including the Prayer Shawl Ministry. She was a member of the Twinsburg Knitwitters and the Twinsburg Senior Center. Mary Jo had a special talent for arts and crafts. The family would like to thank the staff of Maplewood at Twinsburg and Buckeye Hospice Care for their loving care that was given to Mary Jo. Family and friends are invited to gather MONDAY, JULY 28.2025 at SS COSMAS & DAMIAN CATHOLIC CHURCH  10419 RAVENNA RD. TWINSBURG, 44087 FOR VISITATION FROM 10:00 AM-11:00AM immediately followed by a Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate Mary Jo's life. Interment Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to SS. Cosmas & Damian Catholic Church or to St. Vitus Catholic Church, 6019 Lausche Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44103.
