MARIA ROMITO (nee Tamburro), age 88, passed away on October 14, 2023. Our beautiful, sweet Mom, Nonna and Bisnonna was welcomed into heaven to be with our Dad, family and friends. She was the beloved wife of the late Alberto V.; loving mother of Clotilde Dwyer (Bill), Arturo (Debbie), Maria Svab (Jim), Linda Krakora (Joe) and Michael; loving Nonna of Matthew Dwyer (Gina), Laura Dwyer, Andrew Dwyer, Katie Ely (Caleb), Bryan Romito, Jim Svab, Charlie Svab, Michael Krakora, Johnny Krakora, Brianna Wagner (Neal), Michaela Mancuso (Mike), and Adrianna Romito; Bisnonna of Elise Ely, Gianna Wagner, and Kinsley Mancuso; sister of Giovanni Tamburro (Lucia), Mario Nero (the late Trish), and the late Lina Tamburro (the late Michele Colagiovanni); former mother-in-law of Lisa Spirakus; cherished cousin of Maria Carriero (the late Tony); long-time and close friend of Michael and Maria Rigazzi.
