LINDA ELLEN JAKUBOWSKI (nee Gowing), of Macedonia, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at the age of 79.  Loved wife of the late Arthur Jakubowski; cherished mother of Melissa Wlotzko (Victor); adored grandmother of Ryan and Kristina, and great-grandmother of four. Daughter of the late Joseph and Asta Gowing. Sister of the late Timothy Gowing (Maryann) and Robert Gowing. Aunt, cousin, sister-in-law, and friend to many. As a compassionate caregiver to animals, the family suggests donations be made, honoring Linda, to Rescue Village https://www.rescuevillage.org/give/ Geauga County's foremost shelter for domesticated animals. Private services will be observed at a later date.
