JOSEPH E. MAJI, 79, of Sagamore Hills, passed away June 29, 2026. Beloved husband of 25 years to Mary Ellen Predmore (nee Pavlinsky); Stepfather to James Predmore; Loving son to the late Edward Maji and the late Irene Maji (nee Turoczy); Dear brother to Marie Cliffel (Greg), Rita DeLisi (Dale), and the late Donald; Caring uncle, great uncle and friend to many. U.S. Army Veteran, Joe was a retired school bus driver for Orange Village. Shortly after graduating from high school, Joe was drafted to play minor league baseball as a pitcher with the Cleveland Indians and Detroit Tigers farm leagues. He was a big time TV watcher, especially following sports of all kinds, in particular high school, college and pro sports. To call him the world’s biggest sports fan would be an understatement.
