JOHN J. ZIVICH, 77, of Sagamore Hills, passed away September 21, 2026, after a short illness with his family at his side. Beloved husband to Maryellen (nee Palechka); loving father to Adam John and Mark Andrew (Katie); cherished grandpa to Isaiah John, Zachary Paul, Gabriel John, and Andrew James; dear brother to Patricia Zivich, Christine Szabo (Michael), Judith "Judy" Monaco (Rick), Paul Zivich (Barbara); uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend to many. Preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Ruth Zivich, as well as his sister Mary Zivich.

John was a man of strong faith who lived a very robust and rewarding life. After the Navy, John started a roofing business which he ran for over 50 years and was immensely proud of. He exemplified generosity and was always willing to help a friend, employee, or family member. John enjoyed hunting, fishing, work, horse racing, and time with family, but his pride and joy were his four grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by many.
