Deborah L. Forman (nee Howell); 71 of Macedonia, passed away July 2nd, 2026, following a long illness, surrounded by her children and closest friends. She was the beloved wife of the late Roger A. Forman; loving mother of Erica and Ryan; cherished sister of Dale Howell (Wanda) and the late Elizabeth Poole (William); dearest sister-in-law of Carol Howard (the late Charles); Aunt and Friend to many. Debbie, aka. “Rev” was well known for her kindness, humor and generosity. She treated everyone with love and respect. Prior to her health decline, she enjoyed becoming an officiant, presiding over several weddings and a few baptisms. Debbie was a lifelong volunteer and was recognized by the state for her commitment to Nordonia Schools. She was devoted to thousands of students that attended Ledgeview Elementary, as she ran the health room for more than 22 years. She loved to travel and camp with her young family and later in life found the joys of casinos and skipping town, playing Farkle and having drinks with her best friends Pat and Bea. She was an avid sports fan and if there wasn’t a decent game on, she was always comforted by a great L&O SVU marathon.
