DAVID STANLEY SRODEK; 79, Beloved husband of 48 years to Kathleen A (nee Zielinski); Loving dad of Leslie Srodek-Johnson (Chris), and Lindsay Teitz (Ryan); Cherished grandpa of Liberty, Valor, Maura, and Stanley; Dearest son of the late Helen and Stanley Srodek; Dave served his country as a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran, served his community through the bakery with endless donations, long hours at the oven to ensure everyone could celebrate holidays and special occasions. Everyone knew that the back door of the bakery was always open, whether it was to grab a sweet treat before official hours, to grab Dave’s ear for some advice, story telling, or just a stop in to feel grounded because even if the world was changing Dave was a steady presence.We will be forever grateful to Kim Petak.
