Butkovic Sr. and the late Marcella J. Butkovic (nee Rezac); Dear sister to Thom Jr. Butkovic (Nancy), Kathy-Jo Kirk (Doug), Peggy-Lee Kovalkevich (Nick), Jamie-Lynn Butkovic, and Tim Butkovic (Carolyn); Daughter-in-law to Steve J. Duber Jr. and Alice M. Duber (nee Hall); Cherished aunt, great aunt and friend to many.
