ZEE (nee Harter); age 61, passed away September 30, 2023; loving mother to Michael A. and Krista M.; adored and loving grandma to Carson and Kazelyn; daughter to the late Donald Harter and the late Jean Harter (nee Kurtnitis); caring sister to Donald Harter (Ronnie Lee), Ron Harter (Jessie), and Tim Harter (Diann).
