Bryon R.
Aldhizer
Nov 28, 1958 — Jul 26, 2024
In loving memory of BRYON R. ALDHIZER, a man whose generous and giving spirit touched the lives of all those who met him and whose legacy will forever live on in the hearts of his family and friends. Bryon passed away on July 26, 2024, at the age of 65. He was the beloved husband for 35 years of Becky; loving father of Aaron and Alexis; cherished son of the late William and Isabella; treasured brother of Alan and the late Wade. He was an uncle to 14 and great-uncle to many more. A proud Northeast Ohio native, Bryon was a 1977 graduate of Aurora High School, and worked in Quality Control for over 45 years with over 30 years in the automotive industry, retiring on December 31, 2023. Bryon left behind a vibrant life of memories and a profound impact on those fortunate enough to have crossed paths with him. He was a simple and humble man, who rarely asked for help from others, but always offered his assistance to others. Whether it was helping snow-blow neighbors driveways in Northeast Ohio blizzards, donating blood to the American Red Cross or giving baked goods to all those who knew him, he always assisted and gave to others. He lived to give to others. Bryon had an incredible sense of humor and often joked around with family and friends. Humor was his love language. Bryon was passionate about his country, baking, bringing joy and laughter to those around him, country music, his lawn care and was a lifelong die-hard Cleveland and Ohio sports fan. He was always watching one of the games on tv! Above all, Bryon was a giving, loving and funny man who loved every minute spent with his family. Family suggests that any memorial contributions in Bryon's name be made to Wounded Warrior Project, an organization that he has supported for many years. Bryon's favorite color was red and in memory of him, his family asks that visitors wear red and or anything Ohio State Buckeyes. Friends may call at THE FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME, 356 W. AURORA RD. (OH RT 82), SAGAMORE HILLS where funeral services will be held Saturday August 10, 2024 at 11AM. FOR VISITATION FRIDAY August 9, 2024 2-4PM AND 6-8PM. Interment Aurora Cemetery.
