BARBARA SHARON CHESTER (Grucza), passed away on August 23, 2026. Born on August 21, 1943, Barbara lived a full life of 83 years, 42 of those as a Registered Nurse. Loving wife of the late Christopher Chester; cherished mother of Charlotte Chester (deceased) and Jonathan (Jacqueline) Chester. She is the adored grandmother of Mary Claire Chester. Barbara joins in heaven, her parents, Frank and Clara Grucza, siblings Gerald (Rita, deceased) Grucza and Sandra Donovan (John, deceased). Family and friends are invited to gather to celebrate Barbara’s life at a Memorial Mass, Saturday, September 19, 2026, St. Mary Catholic Church, 340 N Main St, Hudson, OH 44236, 10:00 am. Interment All Souls Cemetery, Chardon, at a later date.
