ANN I. GALONSKI, (nee Kovalcheck), 87, until recently a long time resident of Macedonia passed away peacefully on January 10th, 2025. Ann was born May 3, 1937 to George and Anna (nee Budz) in West Leisenring, Pennsylvania. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband William of 62 years at the time of his death; her siblings Sophia, Edward, John, George, Frank, Stephen, Emil, Helen, Joseph, Jenny; and her daughter, Sharon. She is survived by her sister, Geraldine and sons, John (Tavia) and William (Shelley); grandchildren Taylor (Logan), Antonio (Brittany) and Gabriella; great-grandson Kaiyan and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Ann was also an active and long-time member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Macedonia. Friends may call at THE FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME, 356 WEST AURORA RD. (OH RT 82), SAGAMORE HILLS FOR VISITATION ON FRIDAY, JANUARY 24, 2025 FROM 5-7 P.M. Funeral services will be celebrated on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 12 Noon at the funeral home. Entombment Four Evangelists Mausoleum at All Saints Cemetery. Ann's family would like to thank the staff at Pleasant Pointe Assisted Living in Barberton for all their kindness and care for the one and only Ann Galonski!
