PHILLIP SHOAF O'BRIEN, 60, passed away March 17, 2019. Beloved father of Kelly Leggin (Richard Skolnekovich), Kristina O'Brien (Nathan Wood) and Phillip "PC" O'Brien; cherished grandfather of Mersadez and Logan Barrett; dear great grandfather of Ava, Zaylee and Pop; devoted son of Margaret and the late Phillip O'Brien; loving brother of John (Cindy) and MaryAnn O'Brien, dedicated uncle to John and Daniel (Allison) O'Brien; former husband of Nancy O'Brien. Phil was hard-working, long time Operations Manager at Arcon Equipment. He had a passion for drag racing and lived his life to the fullest.
