NORMAN H. BOWER , age 76, Loving husband of 24 years to Michele (nee Palisz) Bower; Dear father of Norman R. Bower; Laura Dee Bower (John Horrocks); Loving grandfather of Michael, Chase, and Kendra; Loving great-grandfather of Heather , Brian, and Donovan; Dear son of the late Vernell and William Bower; dear son-in-law of Margaret Palisz and the late Michael Palisz; Cherished brother of Vernell Hastings, William Bower, and Donald Bower (Jan); Dear uncle of Debbie Spehar (Scott), Terri Black ( the late Rick), Tamela Stoher (Marty), William Bower Jr., Cheryl Laverich (Paul), Jessie Bower, and Brian Bower. Norman served in the U.S. Army from 1959 through 1961.Throughout his work career Norman was a truck driver , he worked for the City of Brecksville as a part-time Firefighter/Paramedic and ultimately started his own business; Richfield Radiator Repair and Norman Bower Enterprises, Inc. He enjoyed motorcycles, fast cars, flying helicopters, boating, fishing, water and snow skiing and family dinners. Norm passed peacefully with his family surrounding him at Metro General Hospital on Friday, February 15th. Family suggests memorial contributions in his name to the American Heart Association of Greater Cleveland 1375 E. 9th St., Ste. 600 Cleveland, OH 44114. Friends may call at the FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME 356 W. AURORA RD (ST RT 82) SAGAMORE HILLS FOR VISITATION TUESDAY 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Funeral Wednesday 10:15 AM at the funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate Norm’s life Holy Family Church-Parma at 11:30AM. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
